What are outlet products?<\/h2>\n

Our product range includes selected outlet stock, overstock, and items from past collections. Availability, design, packaging, and accessories may vary depending on the product. The information on the respective product page is decisive.<\/p>\n

Why do the prices differ from regular retail?<\/h2>\n

Items from past collections and limited remaining stock may be offered at different prices than current collections. Always compare the specific model and the described scope of delivery.<\/p>\n

What applies to authenticity?<\/h2>\n

Golden Outlet does not offer replicas or counterfeits. If you have any questions about a specific item or its origin, please contact us with the model reference or your order number. Dealer confirmation is to be distinguished from confirmation by the respective brand.<\/p>\n

What packaging and accessories are included?<\/h2>\n

You can find the scope of delivery on the product page. Depending on the item, an original box, a dust bag, brand tags, or other accessories may be included. Please do not infer the scope of delivery solely from a general product image.<\/p>\n

Why can't I find a product code online?<\/h2>\n

The public availability of product information varies by brand, model, and production period. A code that cannot be found online does not, in itself, prove the authenticity or inauthenticity of an item. Write to us if you would like to clarify a model reference.<\/p>\n

What is the difference between a certificate and a dealer confirmation?<\/h2>\n

A product-related dealer confirmation documents the seller, the sold item, and the product information recorded by the dealer. A confirmation issued by Golden Outlet or T.D.C. Wholesale Fashion is not an official certificate of the respective brand and does not replace an independent appraisal.<\/p>\n

How do I choose the right size?<\/h2>\n

Use the sizing information and, if applicable, the size chart on the product page. You can select available variants directly on the item. For bags and accessories, the dimensions provided there will help.<\/p>\n

When will my order be shipped?<\/h2>\n

Shipping takes place within 1 to 3 calendar days after full receipt of payment. Exceptions announced for your order in the notification bar at the top of the page take precedence.<\/p>\n

How do returns work?<\/h2>\n

How do I register a return?<\/h2>\n

Under Request a return<\/a> You can select items and quantities. The return address and instructions will be displayed exclusively in your personal return confirmation after successful verification.<\/p>\n

Automatic return is possible if less than 14 days have passed since the confirmed shipping date. After 14 days, the request is automatically canceled. If the shipping date cannot be clearly confirmed, automatic approval is not possible.<\/p>\n

Your statutory right of withdrawal generally begins upon receipt of the goods and remains unaffected by this. You can declare a withdrawal independently of the online form by sending an email to contact@golden-outlet.de<\/a> explain. Details can be found in the Cancellation policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

How is a return refunded?<\/h2>\n

For returns, we offer refunds as a digital Golden Outlet gift card. The code will be provided by email and can be used on golden-outlet.de for future purchases. Any remaining balance will remain available on the same code. If payment was made using a gift card, the refund will be credited to the card used.<\/p>\n

For statutory refunds, we use the original payment method. If you paid using a different method, a refund in the form of a gift card is only possible with your explicit, voluntary consent. Without this consent, your statutory refund rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n

VIP pre-orders for private customers<\/h2>\n

Would you like to pre-order a currently sold-out item? vip.golden-outlet.de<\/a> is our separate shop for private customers who want to pre-order unavailable products. You can find availability and estimated shipping dates there for each respective offer.<\/p>\n

Where can I check my voucher balance?<\/h2>\n

Under Check balance<\/a> After entering your gift card code, you can check the current remaining balance.<\/p>\n

Can I be notified when my size is available again?<\/h2>\n

On the product page, select the desired sold-out size and then click \u201eNotify when available\u201c. After confirming your email address, you will receive a message as soon as this exact variant is back in stock. The notification does not reserve an item.
