Ordered a cap but still hadn’t recieved anything after two weeks. I send an email and got a reply immediately after sending it out. They said my order was stuck in transit. They immediately send me a new cap and kept in contact about the whereabouts of the new and the previous shipment. They were so kind and reachable. Great service!
