3. Order and Conclusion of Contract

By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by email. You can check and correct your entries in the ordering process before submitting them.

4. Prices and Payment

The final prices stated in the shop include the applicable statutory taxes indicated in each case. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be displayed before the order is completed. Available payment methods and the total amount payable can be seen in the checkout.

Shipping takes place after receipt of full payment. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

5. Shipping

We ship within 1 to 3 calendar days after receipt of full payment. A different shipping date announced for your order in the notification bar at the top of the page takes precedence. Subsequent delivery depends on the destination country and the shipping method.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Full information and the sample form can be found in our Cancellation policy.

7. Refunds as gift cards

For returns, we offer refunds as a digital Golden Outlet gift card. The code will be provided by email and can be used on golden-outlet.de for future purchases. Any remaining balance will remain available on the same code. If payment was made using a gift card, the refund will be credited to the card used.

For statutory refunds, we use the original payment method. If you paid using a different method, a refund in the form of a gift card is only possible with your explicit, voluntary consent. Without this consent, your statutory refund rights remain unaffected.

8. Product Information and Warranty Rights

Please note the description of the specific item, its dimensions, and the stated scope of delivery. The statutory rights regarding defects apply. General references to outlet goods do not restrict these rights.

In case of an issue, please contact us with your order number and a description. Contacting us via a specific form or prior authorization is not a prerequisite for your statutory rights.

10. Applicable Law

German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. The statutory jurisdictions shall apply.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
