Right of withdrawal for goods orders

As a general rule, you can cancel a contract for the purchase of goods concluded online within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins as soon as you, or a person named by you who is not the carrier, have received the goods. In the case of multiple goods from a single order that are delivered separately, the receipt of the last good is decisive.

How to explain the revocation

Inform us with a clear statement, for example by email or letter:

You may use the template below, but its use is optional. It is sufficient to send your declaration before the withdrawal period expires. Prior approval by us is not required.

Consequences of revocation

We will refund payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Additional costs of a more expensive type of delivery chosen by you will not be refunded. The refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days after receipt of your notice of revocation.

For the repayment, we will use the same payment method that was originally used, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you at no charge. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Return

Return the goods immediately, at the latest 14 days after declaring your cancellation. Dispatching them in time complies with this deadline. Our customer service will inform you of the relevant goods receiving department immediately after your declaration. Contact us for this at contact@golden-outlet.de.

Our customer service is happy to help with any questions regarding returns. Prior authorization is not a prerequisite for exercising your statutory rights.

You bear the direct costs of return, provided you were duly informed about this prior to the conclusion of the contract.

You only have to pay for a loss in value if this loss is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functioning, and if the legal requirements for compensation are met. Original packaging and intact labels are not a prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal.
