Shipping of your order
We ship within 1 to 3 calendar days after receipt of full payment. A different shipping date announced for your order in the notification bar at the top of the page takes precedence.
Delivery will then be carried out by the shipping service provider. You will receive your tracking information after shipment.
Return or problem with an order
Register your return at Request a return The form is also available for guest orders. If you have any questions, please write to us by email.
A statutory revocation is also possible by means of a clear statement by e-mail. Prior approval is not required for this. Details can be found at Shipping & Returns and in the Cancellation policy.
After confirming your order and successfully reviewing the return, you will receive the return address and instructions directly in your return confirmation.
