For shipments to DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) countries, customs duties, import fees, and taxes may apply. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Golden-Outlet.de.
Where do I need to send back the product?
We have warehouses in Austria, Canada, and the USA. You can return the product to the warehouse closest to your location.
Who pays for the returning cost?
