My order arrived significantly late unfortunately, but that’s just how it goes sometimes, most companies won’t give a second glance or ask you to cover return shipping that can get ridiculously expensive, but CAPS customer service really came through, they were understanding and refunded me immediately, even allowing me to just keep the product to avoid shipping hassle. 11/10 customer service
