Transit Time:
- Germany: 1 to 2 business days.
- European Union (EU) Countries: 4 to 7 business days.
- International Orders (Non-EU): 4 to 7 business days. Please note that customs taxes may apply in your local country, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Costs:
- Germany: Flat rate of 5 EUR.
- EU Countries: Flat rate of 10 EUR.
- International Orders (Non-EU): Buyers are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, and import taxes.
Order Modifications:
Changes to your order must be requested within 1 hour of placing it.
Shipping Carriers:
We use DHL and Deutsche Post for all shipments.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the provided address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a refund will be issued for the original order amount, excluding the shipping fee.

Damages and issues

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
